How does pay-after-placement actually work?+
You pay a one-time ₹15,000 onboarding fee to start. Nothing more is due during training. The placement fee applies only after you're hired with a verified salary, is scaled to your salary bracket, and can be paid in instalments.
Do I need a coding or IT background?+
Not for every track. Courses like STOM, AML & KYC and Workday are built for any graduate, including non-technical and career-switching candidates. Coding tracks (Python, Java, .NET) suit those who want to develop. On your demo call we'll match you to the right route.
Are classes live or recorded?+
Every session is live and interactive, taught by working IT professionals — never pre-recorded filler. Live weekday evening sessions (around 8:30–9:30 PM IST) let you attend alongside a job or college.
What kind of placement support do I get?+
A full resume and LinkedIn overhaul, technical and HR mock interviews, and active referrals to 120+ hiring partners with interviews scheduled for you — continuing until you hold an offer letter. 91% of students are placed within 30 days.
What if I'm not placed?+
Placement support doesn't stop at the last lecture — it continues until you're hired. And because the model is pay-after-placement, the placement fee simply doesn't apply until you have a job with a salary.
Will I receive a certificate?+
Yes — you receive a CareerCracker completion certificate, along with a portfolio of real, job-like projects to show employers.
